Hotel staff very rude, stinky rooms. The reception manager literally started a shouting verbal fight with my mom & dad over just a small issue that they wanted to come in my room and meet me - but he (manager) didn't let them in and said call them here at reception and meet here only in front of me - He didnt let them inside even though they were old & tired and we kept requesting to let them in. Secondly, rooms are very small and stinky smelling bad. Bedsheets were stinking like hell and there's not even proper ventilation. Overall, worst experience ever in a hotel.

I haven't stayed,I went through stone surgery and couldn't visit but they haven't refunded the amount and are not even given an option for rescheduling my stay. I lost my entire money . I will never book and will not book in this hotel also who does not understand the problem of their customers.

location wise it's one the best place to stay , but overall amenities are on a different low level and especially no pest control evident. scope for improvement a lot

Had a wonderful experience staying here for 3 days with my parents. It is located near gate no.3 of Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi. So the location is great. You easily get e-rickshaw and cng autos in front of hotel. Their restaurant serves tasty food. Even room service and housekeeping is very good. Divinity hotel has clean rooms with many facilities and excellent restaurant food. Highly recommended.

The restaurant won't add the bill of food to the room account. There was only hot water in the shower and cold water was provided in the bucket after 1 and a half hour delay. The flush button of the commode is stuck and has to be twisted each time you press it to turn the water off.

Had a wonderful experience staying here for 3 days with my parents. It is located near gate no.3 of Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi. So the location is great.
